City Tour to Han Kou Beach & Wan Da Mall
Day 13:
Today was a pretty relaxed day. It started off as we had an approximately 1 and a half hour ride to Han Kou Beach & Wan Da Mall. Upon reaching Han Kou Beach, it was a very beautiful park(although they call it a beach, it feels more like a park to me) and I feel that it would be the best place in Wuhan to actually relax, exercise, fly a kite or just sit there to enjoy the breeze.
Group Picture!
Alvin, Me, Mingyu & Xanier.
If you are bored, you could even buy a kite and start flying it.
Awesome.
Hahaha, me and eshlyn taking picture as we were walking down the street with this erm, foot statue?
Hahaha.
Adrian enjoying the food.
Hahaha.
Adrian posting with the drink that was complimentary to us.
The cost of our lunch is $22 yuan. :)
Cheap cheap.
Reflections:
On our way out of the shopping centre, I saw alot of motorbikes parked outside which a lock chained onto the back wheel. Almost all the bikes is chained. In Singapore, this scene is rather rare and this shows how the people do not trust the safety of leaving their bikes without the locks. Subsequently, it also shows how they protect their vehicle when they go shopping even when the place is so open which is just outside the entrance of the shopping centre.
